Job description

Position Summary: Responsible for assisting drivers with delivery and merchandising of products.

People or Process Management Responsibility

Position Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

1. Assist driver in delivery of products to customers
2. Unload product
3. Merchandise customer accounts
4. Maintain customer relationships; merchandise, display, and rotate products according to company standards
5. Pick up company property
6. Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures
7. Perform other projects or duties as assigned

Required Skills and Experience

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years old or meet minimum state legal age requirements
• Six (6) months of relevant work experience, such as working in distribution, warehouse, grocery, or similar environments involving heavy lifting and multi-temperature conditions
• Reliable automobile transportation, valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and auto insurance coverage as per company and state requirements
• Ability to lift products weighing 25 to 50 lbs regularly
• Must pass a post-offer drug test and background check

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Experience with handheld ordering devices, merchandising, or grocery store operations
• Prior customer service experience preferred

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Ability to handle exposure to temperature changes, high noise levels, and work safely around moving equipment
