Job Responsibilities

1. Assist drivers with delivery and merchandising of products.
2. Help in unloading products and maintaining customer relationships.
3. Merchandise, display, and rotate products according to company standards.
4. Pick up company property and ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies.
5. Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Experience

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 18 years old or meet minimum legal age requirements.
• Six months of work experience in relevant environments (e.g., distribution warehouse, grocery, construction, healthcare, etc.).
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and auto insurance.
• Ability to lift 25-50 lbs regularly.
• Pass a post-offer drug test and background check.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Experience with handheld ordering devices or merchandising.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

Ability to work in varying temperature conditions, high noise levels, and around moving equipment. Overtime, punctuality, and adherence to delivery schedules are essential. Reasonable accommodations may be provided for individuals with disabilities.
