Position Summary: Responsible for assisting drivers with delivery and merchandising of products.

People or Process Management Responsibility:

Position Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

1. Assists driver in delivery of products to customers
2. Unloads product
3. Merchandises customer accounts
4. Maintains customer relationships, merchandise, display, and rotate products according to company standards
5. Picks up company property
6. Ensures compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures
7. Performs other projects or duties as assigned

Required Skills and Experience:

1. High school diploma or GED
2. At least 18 years old or meet minimum legal age requirements
3. Six months of relevant work experience in a distribution warehouse, construction, healthcare, or similar physically demanding environment
4. Reliable transportation, valid driver license, acceptable driving record, and auto insurance
5. Ability to lift 25-50 lbs regularly
6. Pass post-offer drug test and background check

Preferred Skills and Experience:

1. Experience with handheld ordering devices, merchandising, or grocery store operations
2. Prior customer service experience

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Exposure to temperature changes, high noise levels, and working around moving equipment
