Qualifications

Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field, or 1–3 years of dispatch or fleet management experience.
Proficient with truck dispatch software.
Flatbed experience a plus.
Microsoft Office knowledge.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Detail oriented with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Communicate ETAs with load planners.
Direct daily activities of drivers to designated territories or operations.
Ensure drivers are safe, productive, and deliver on time.
Counsel drivers and assist with over-the-road issues.
Assist drivers with keeping documents up to date (licenses, drug tests, physicals).
