Job summary

DMT Trucking, LLC is seeking a Driver Manager to oversee daily driver activity for our flatbed fleet across the eastern United States. You will coordinate with load planners, assign work via McLeod, and ensure drivers meet safety and delivery requirements.

The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, driver support, and documentation upkeep, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a comprehensive benefits package within the PS Logistics family.

Qualifications

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Proficient experience with truck dispatch software.
• Flatbed experience a plus.
• Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Detail oriented and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate ETAs with load planners.
• Utilize McLeod, the operating software, to assign work to drivers nationwide.
• Direct daily driver activities to territories or dedicated operations per policies and objectives.
• Guide drivers on compliance with local, state and federal trucking regulations.
• Ensure drivers are safe, productive, and deliver on-time to customers.
• Counsel drivers and assist with over-the-road issues.
• Help drivers keep documents up to date (license renewals, random drug tests, physicals).
