Responsibilities

• Route and Schedule Management: Assign routes efficiently and verify route documentation before dispatch.
• Operational Support: Prepare reports and assist with daily operations as directed by the GM.
• Performance Oversight: Coach technicians to reach service goals.
• Recruitment and Retention: Communicate hiring needs and support onboarding.
• Supervision and Mentorship: Guide technicians, provide feedback and development.
• Safety and Compliance: Promote dock safety and ensure DOT/OSHA compliance.
• Customer Relations: Help manage escalations to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Maintenance Coordination: Oversee vehicle fuel and preventative maintenance; inspect vehicles.
