Responsibilities

• Routing and scheduling shipments with our customers
• Assign drivers to shipments to ensure delivery by promised deadlines
• Developing, and maintaining customer relationships
• Collaborating with team members in pursuit of the company’s goals and objectives.
• Perform administrative duties of the job which includes sorting, filing, and distributing transportation documents.
• Must possess strong communication skills and pay close attention to detail.
• Providing support for safety, operations, and vehicle maintenance and to our customers
• Support operations
• Will train and support new drivers on routes and coverage.
• Route coverage driver calls offs and or requested time off.
• Additional duties as assigned.

We are looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented, stable, motivated, individual with a team-oriented approach and flexibility. This position is primarily responsible is supporting Trucking Operations managing Class A drivers for planning & scheduling New Mexico. Providing support for safety, operations, driver training, route support and vehicle maintenance and to our customers.

Job duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Work closely with the Account Driver Manager and company drivers.
• Routing and scheduling shipments with our customers
