Job summary

Kids for the Future in Van Buren, AR is seeking a Fleet Operations Supervisor to lead a 10+ driver team, optimize routes, and maximize fleet productivity. You will supervise drivers, coordinate loading/unloading, and work with the Transportation team to ensure on-time deliveries and compliance with FMCSR standards.

Experience in truck dispatch, proficiency with TMS, and strong communication are essential. The role includes organizing daily schedules, tracking performance, and conducting safety

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSR), Hours of Service, and CSA.
• Experience in Transportation industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch drivers, provide detailed directions and instructions to drivers
• Builds and assigns load orders in TMS, schedule and/or reschedule delivery times for loads
• Track and Trace
• Completes various standard reports and ad hoc reports accurately and on time
• Maximize equipment and driver utilization
• Conduct safety meetings and coach drivers on safety issues including Hours of Service, Speed, Drive Cams, and CSA violations
