Schneider is seeking a Driver Manager in Elwood, IL to ensure successful execution of customer freight delivery through effective driver management. The Driver Manager will act as a link between the business, our drivers and customers.

The role is based in Elwood, Illinois and involves coordinating driver payroll, home time, and performance coaching to optimize delivery success. The position supports a collaborative, safety-conscious team environment with competitive benefits.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or 2 years of equivalent work experience preferred.

Starting Salary is $61,800 - $77,300 per year based on experience.
