Job summary

Schneider National, Inc. in Chicago, IL is seeking a Driver Manager to ensure successful execution of customer freight delivery through effective driver management. The Driver Manager will act as a link between the business, our drivers and customers.

You will coach drivers, manage payroll and home time, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve retention and operational efficiency. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred, and the position offers full-time hours
