Paper Transport is seeking an influential leader to guide a team of drivers at our De Pere, WI office. You will focus on on-time service, MPG results, and retention while creating a respectful team atmosphere.

• Strong leadership and team supervision abilities.

• Proficiency with basic computer systems and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Supervise drivers, routes and service to ensure high-quality customer service and safety.
• Build strong relationships with driver team through integrity and accountability.
• Safely dispatch drivers and freight following policy and federal guidelines.
• Coach on KPIs such as safety, performance and equipment maintenance.
• Assist planners in reworking freight and managing change communication.
• Respond to customer needs via emails, calls, tracking freight, and load recovery.
• Ensure driver retention and compliance with safety standards.
• Partner with drivers, planners and customer service to meet expectations.
