Driver/Maintenance Assistant (Maintenance)

The Heritage at Sterling Ridge is Hiring!

Our Driver/Maintenance Assistant Will:

1. Transport residents via company car, van or other vehicle to appointments, events, store, and other locations.
2. Work closely with residents to coordinate pick-ups and drop-offs.
3. Ensure community building, work areas, grounds, property, etc. are maintained at the highest standard.
4. Follow processes and procedures that enhance the resident experience and meet state and federal guidelines.
5. Build strong relationships based on compassion, respect, and trust in a positive team environment throughout the community.
