Sierra Pacific Industries seeks a qualified Lumber Truck Driver in Red Bluff, CA. Earn $27.36 to $32.36 per hour with a hiring bonus up to $1,500. We train and promote from within, and provide excellent health benefits and a retirement plan with employer-paid contributions.

Paid vacation and 10 holidays are included. Must have a Class A license, a current medical card, a clean DMV record, and good references. One year of commercial driving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive lumber trucks in accordance with traffic laws.
• Load and secure lumber loads and transport to destination.
• Tarping of loads as needed.

• Learn and operate onboard computerized time and load info tracking.
• Meet dispatch schedules on time.
• Perform duties in a safe and efficient manner.

Currently, we are seeking a qualified Lumber Truck Driver for our trucking division in Red Bluff, California. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced commercial truck driver, or a training opportunity with the qualifications below.

About the Position

• Drive lumber trucks in accordance with traffic laws


• Load and secure lumber loads and transport to destination


• Tarping of loads as needed


• Perform daily inspection of truck


• Learn and operate onboard computerized time and load info tracking
