Location: DUNCAN, SC

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Grade: ES11

Compensation Range: $47,300 - $56,000

What You’ll Do

We seek a Driver Leader to execute daily initiatives with a focus on driver satisfaction and customer service. Responsibilities include:

  1. Supervising driver performance according to policies, DOT regulations, and laws.
  2. Managing multiple drivers, including new hires and those needing training.
  3. Ensuring driver satisfaction during over-the-road assignments.
  4. Providing performance feedback, including promotions or terminations.
  5. Addressing driver issues and disputes.
  6. Promoting safe operations.
  7. Managing driver capacity and maintaining accurate schedules.
  8. Ensuring fleet performance and on-time service.
  9. Monitoring performance metrics and addressing service issues promptly.
  10. Communicating service deviations to Customer Service.
  11. Collaborating across teams to uphold our culture and values.
  12. Assisting drivers via calls, chats, and emails regarding delays, trailers, payroll, etc.
  13. Participating in meetings and training sessions.
  14. Engaging with customers to build rapport and set expectations.

Supervisory Responsibility: 30-50 Drivers

What We’re Looking For

Education: 4-year degree or equivalent required

Experience: 2+ years in a driver or customer-facing role

Skills/Certifications:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication skills
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Judgment and problem-solving abilities
