What You’ll Do: We seek a Driver Leader to oversee driver performance, ensure safety, promote service excellence, and foster a positive culture. Responsibilities include supervising drivers, addressing issues, managing performance metrics, ensuring on-time service, and collaborating across teams.

Supervisory responsibility for 30-50 drivers.

Qualifications: 4-year degree or equivalent, 2+ years in driver or customer-facing roles, proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong communication and interpersonal skills, good judgment and problem-solving abilities.
