What You’ll Do: We seek a Driver Leader to oversee driver performance, ensure safety, and promote excellent service. Responsibilities include supervising drivers, addressing issues, managing performance metrics, and collaborating across teams to uphold our mission and values. You will also handle driver communications and participate in meetings and training.

• Supervise driver performance per policies and regulations
• Directly oversee multiple drivers, including new hires and training
• Ensure driver satisfaction and safety
• Make performance recommendations (promotions, terminations)
• Address driver issues and disputes
• Promote safe operations
• Manage driver capacity and performance metrics
• Ensure on-time service and coordinate with Customer Service
• Engage with customers and team members to foster communication
• Monitor KPIs around P&L, safety, fuel, and utility

Supervisory Responsibility: 30-50 Drivers

What We’re Looking For:

• 4-year degree or equivalent
• 2+ years in driver or customer-facing role

Skills/Certifications:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good judgment and problem-solving skills
