Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Compensation Range: $47,300 - $71,000

What You’ll Do

We are seeking a Driver Leader to oversee daily operations with a focus on driver satisfaction and customer service. Responsibilities include:

• Supervising driver performance in compliance with policies and regulations
• Managing multiple drivers, including new hires and training
• Ensuring driver satisfaction and addressing issues
• Making performance recommendations, including promotions or terminations
• Promoting safe operations and maintaining fleet performance
• Managing driver capacity and ensuring on-time service
• Collaborating cross-functionally to uphold our culture and values
• Handling communication with drivers and customers regarding service issues
• Participating in meetings and training sessions
• Monitoring KPIs related to P&L, safety, fuel, and utility

Supervisory Responsibility: 30-50 Drivers

What We’re Looking For

Education: 4-year degree or equivalent

Experience: 2+ years in a driver or customer-facing role

Skills/Certifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good judgment and problem-solving abilities
