Driver/Laborers are vital to our company, assisting customers and representing our brand in the field. You will supply portable restroom services to events, construction sites, and recreational areas. Daily routes will be assigned via tablet, and you will communicate with dispatch and customers. Responsibilities include safely picking up, delivering, moving, and servicing portable restrooms using company-provided trucks and trailers.

Job Responsibilities:

Include (but are not limited to):

• Safely pick-up, deliver, and move portable restroom equipment using hand tools and dollies.
• Perform service duties such as evacuating waste tanks, cleaning, stocking, and maintaining units to high standards.
• Drive and operate a specialized stake-bed/pumper truck weighing up to 26,000 lbs., towing flatbed trailers loaded with restrooms.
• Complete daily paperwork accurately, including work orders, route sheets, and DOT logs.
• Work independently, maintain productivity, and communicate effectively with dispatch and management.
• Provide excellent customer service through strong communication and observation skills.
• Comply with all DOT regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Use technology and navigation tools to improve efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Valid For-Hire Endorsement or CDL with an insurable driving record.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 80 lbs regularly.
• Current DOT Medical Card or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions and year-round.
• Availability to work all days, including weekends and holidays.
• Work 10-12 hour shifts, with potential for extended hours during peak seasons.
