Job summary

Mason Pro Services is hiring a Driver / Laborer in Chandler to support service and installation teams. This role blends warehouse coordination with trailer hauling, requiring hands-on work and time on the road.

Responsibilities include coordinating daily material needs, loading trucks, receiving shipments, and maintaining inventory and safety. A valid driver’s license and forklift experience are preferred; ability to lift up to 50 lbs is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily material needs for service and install crews.
• Prep and load trucks to ensure teams are ready for the day.
• Receive incoming shipments and verify accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and yard.
• Track tools, equipment, and inventory.
• Follow safety protocols in warehouse and driving activities.
• Transport equipment and materials using a gooseneck trailer.
• Deliver materials to job sites and vendor locations on schedule.
• Complete daily vehicle and trailer inspections.

Schedule:

• Peak Season: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Off-Season: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
• Overtime available upon demand

Compensation: $18-$22/hour (based on experience)

What You'll Be Doing

• Maintain a strong safety record with zero preventable incidents
