Job summary

MTM Transit in Lake Isabella, CA, is seeking a Driver to provide safe, courteous Trolley Operation services in partnership with Kern Transit. The role requires a California CDL Class B with Passenger Endorsements and a starting pay rate of $19.89/hour.

The Driver will handle loading/unloading, mobility device securement, and on-time pickups while following DOT/ADA regulations. You will use tablets, GPS, and radios to support operations, complete inspections, and maintain high safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 21+ years old and hold a valid U.S. driver's license for 5+ years.
• California Class B CDL with Passenger Endorsements required.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and reliable transportation with courtesy and professionalism.
• Assist with passenger loading/unloading and mobility device securement.
• Ensure on-time pickups and drop-offs and conduct pre-/post-trip inspections.
• Complete required paperwork and utilize electronic devices as needed.
