Responsibilities

• Deliver sandwiches to customers in the designated delivery area.
• Check all products for accuracy against quality standards.
• Accept and provide correct change for payments.
• Reconcile cash at the end of the shift, including tips.
• Maintain professional appearance and comply with Jimmy John's Dress Code.
• Communicate with customers and managers in a courteous and timely manner.
• Assist with in‑shopper tasks while not on delivery.
• Adhere to safety and traffic laws while on the road.
• Follow company procedures with 100% accuracy and integrity.
• Express a positive and enthusiastic attitude toward all assignments.
• Perform related duties as requested.
• Display a sense of urgency in all tasks.

Skills & Abilities

• Communicate, read, and write the English language fluently and clearly.
• Be physically capable of bending, reaching, stooping, climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbs for the entire workday.
• Have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, current auto insurance, and a clean driving record.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
