Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or National or eligible to work in the U.S.
• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance.
• Sets and maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication and safety.
• Fosters positive, team‑oriented work environment and proactive communication across departments.
• Manages department resources to ensure maximum output and efficiency.
• Implements personal development plans for department personnel.
