Job summary

ABARTA Coca-Cola Beverages is seeking a part-time Driver Helper to assist drivers with delivery and merchandising at our DuBois, PA location. Shifts run early mornings, with steady hours and opportunities to gain retail and logistics experience. Prior retail exposure is helpful, and a valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities include unloading, stocking, and rotating products while maintaining strong customer relationships and adhering to all safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• 0–1 year of general work experience required.
• Prior grocery store or consumer product retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate manual/powered pallet jack or hand truck.
• Ability to obtain manual/powered pallet jack certification.

Responsibilities

• Unload, merchandise, display, and rotate products according to company standards.
• Maintain customer relationships.
• Ensure product delivered is undamaged and in proper condition (undamaged, packaging intact).
• Ensure proper procedure is followed and product is coded appropriately (disposition, destroy, repack, good return) when picking up product.
• Follow established safety procedures to minimize damage to products on the truck.
• Follow Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality procedures and policies.

Summary

Assist driver with all aspects of customer delivery and merchandising of products.

Shift: Monday - Wednesday 4:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. and Wednesday - Friday 4:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

• Follow established company Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality procedures and policies.
• Actively participate in Hazard Mitigation.
• Complete assigned Health & Safety trainings.
