Job summary

ABARTA Coca-Cola Beverages, LLC seeks an energized team member to assist drivers with customer delivery and merchandising of products. This role emphasizes reliability, safety, and strong customer relations in a fast-paced retail setting.

Work schedule is typically Monday–Friday, with a start time around 8 AM, and requires handling pallets and product rotation per company standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• 0-1 year of general work experience required.
• Prior grocery store or consumer product retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate manual/powered pallet jack or hand truck.
• Ability to obtain manual/powered pallet jack certification.

Responsibilities

• Unload, merchandise, display, and rotate products according to company standards.
• Maintain customer relationships.
• Ensure delivered products are undamaged and in proper condition (packaging intact).
• Follow procedures and code products correctly (disposition, destroy, repack, good return) when picking up product.
• Use proper driver/work methods to minimize damage to products on truck.
• Follow company Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality policies.
• Participate in Hazard Mitigation.
• Complete assigned Health & Safety trainings.

• Actively participate in Hazard Mitigation.
• Complete assigned Health & Safety trainings.
