Job summary

Ben E. Keith is hiring a Driver Helper to assist the driver with loading, unloading, and delivering products on the route in Texas. The role requires ensuring accurate deliveries, following safety standards, and maintaining professionalism and proper dress.

Position Summary and Responsibilities:

The Driver Helper position will assist the driver in the unloading and delivery of products on the route.

• Assist the Driver with routes delivering products consisting of multiple stops.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Education/GED required

Physical Requirements:

• Able to perform repetitive lifting of over 50lbs., occasional lifting over 100lbs.
• Must be able to work in all types of weather conditions.
• Must be able to walk extensively.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time, bend at the waist, stoop, and squat to lift heavy items in a proper manner.
• Must have normal use of shoulders, arms, wrist, hands, feet and legs.
• Must be able to read numbers and product descriptions.

The videos are also used to exonerate drivers in accidents. All drivers sign a driver consent form upon hire to confirm their understanding.
