You will assist the driver with building and maintaining donation sites, two-man routes, loading and unloading trucks, and ensuring safety and cleanliness across donation sites. The job is physically demanding but rewarding and suitable for those returning to work.

Qualifications

• Must possess valid state driver’s license.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Willing to submit to a background check and drug screen.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Capable of bending, stooping, crouching, pushing, pulling and climbing stairs and in and out of a truck frequently.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate outstanding customer service to all donors and customers.
• Help the driver build, sustain, maintain donation box and donation station sites for collections.
• Assist on two-man residential special routes, garage sales pick-ups, estates sale pick-ups, and fundraiser drive pick-ups.
• Assist with collection box and trailer site placements and removals.
• Help unload collections from truck(s) at the end of the routes.
• Maintain clean and orderly donation sites and routes according to protocols.
• Work safely in loading/unloading trucks and trailers.
• Regularly work in heat, cold and wet weather conditions.
