Augment in Houma, LA is hiring Driver Helpers to support professional truck drivers on residential and commercial waste routes. This full-time, outdoor role keeps you active while contributing to clean neighborhoods.

You’ll lift and load containers, ride along on pickups, and help ensure timely collection. A background check and drug screen are required; weekly pay and growth opportunities await.

Qualifications

• Dependable and ready to work early morning shifts.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and move on your feet for extended periods.
• Enjoys working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Prior experience in general labor, warehouse, construction, or landscaping is a plus—but not required.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Ride along designated routes to assist the driver with pickups.

• Walk and move quickly from stop to stop—this is a physically active role!
