Job summary

Juniper, a full-service landscape design, build, and management company serving the Southeast, seeks a Landscape Construction Foreman to lead and work alongside a construction crew, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to our quality standards.

You will oversee daily site operations, coordinate equipment and materials, supervise and train crew members on installation techniques and safety, read landscape plans, maintain schedules, and ensure quality control on job sites.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily site operations for landscape construction crew
• Coordinating the equipment and materials needed for each project
• Supervising and training crew members on proper installation techniques, equipment operation, and safety aspects
• Maintaining project schedules and completing landscape construction projects within deadlines
• Overseeing quality control on job sites
• Safely operating equipment such as a loaders, skid steers, and excavators to perform landscape construction projects
• Loading/unloading cargo, heavy equipment, and planting materials
• Reading landscape plans and providing landscape material layouts
• Daily timekeeping of work hours on job sites for crew members
• Ensuring equipment and truck/trailer are in working order and properly maintained
• Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
