Job description

We are seeking a reliable, skilled, and versatile individual to serve as a Driver & Event Technician for a touring event production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for towing a 30' Airstream Flying Cloud trailer between event locations across the country, assisting with onsite setup and breakdown, and supporting event operations with technical or stagehand experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Driving & Transport:

• Safely tow and transport a 30' Airstream trailer to various event locations across the country.
• Ensure proper hitching, weight distribution, and adherence to DOT regulations.
• Perform basic maintenance checks and coordinate service as needed.
• Manage travel logistics including fueling, routing, and overnight stops as needed. Event Support/ Technical Duties:
• Assist with setup and breakdown of event spaces including staging, lighting, A/V equipment, signage, and furniture.
• Assist production crew as a stagehand.
• Set up exterior event footprint (furniture, tv, desk, banners, etc).
• Maintain inventory of giveaways.

Customer Service & Teamwork:

• Represent the brand with professionalism when interacting with clients, vendors, or event attendees.
• Collaborate with production team members to execute activations smoothly and efficiently.
• Adapt quickly to evolving event needs or last-minute changes.
