Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Maryland Driver Education Instructor Certification/License required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in driver education.

Responsibilities

• Instructs in classroom and virtual Maryland Standardized Curriculum as per MVA/Maryland laws.
• Instructs in Driver Education Behind-the-Wheel using Maryland Standards.
• Conducts Driver Education Orientations.
• Interfaces with parents and students to ensure safety and satisfaction with training.
• Evaluates student progress and readiness for skills tests.
• Maintains student records in MVA and Lumens and ensures FERPA compliance.
• Manages scheduling and coordinates with program manager and instructors.
