Job summary

Butler Tech is seeking a Driver Education Administrative Support Specialist to coordinate instructor training, manage scheduling, and deliver administrative and customer service support. This role ensures consistent instruction and ODPS compliance while working with the Class D Coordinator to support growth across multiple training locations.

Expected hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. Starting ASAP, salary is $58,025 with opportunities for annual increases based on performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate/bachelor preferred.
• Experience in education, training, scheduling, or admin support desirable.
• Willingness to obtain Ohio Class D Instructor credential if needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate instructor training and scheduling across multiple locations.
• Provide administrative and customer service support to students, parents, and staff.
• Ensure ODPS compliance and consistency in instruction.
• Support program growth and instructor development.
