Job summary

Juniper is seeking a dedicated Driver-Crew Member to join our Landscape Maintenance teams in Fort Myers, FL. The role combines driving a Juniper truck and trailer with hands-on landscape tasks at each job site.

The ideal candidate will have a valid driver’s license, experience towing a truck and trailer, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; lifting up to 50 lbs is required.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License and ability to clear a Motor Vehicle Record.
• Experience safely driving a truck & trailer.
• Willingness to work outside in extreme temperatures.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Safely driving a company work truck with a 24’ trailer.
• Performing daily vehicle inspections.
• Working as a member of the landscape maintenance crew and completing jobsite tasks including mowing, edging, blowing, pruning, planting, weed pulling, applying mulch, and general landscape maintenance duties.
• Using hand tools, power tools, and/or equipment to perform landscape duties.
• Moving soil, equipment, and materials.
• Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Our Crew Members perform work on the job sites in a safe and quality manner to ensure beautiful landscapes for our clients. This position will be a dual driver/crew member position responsible for driving a Juniper truck & trailer and working alongside the landscape maintenance crew at each job site.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Safely driving a company work truck with a 24’ trailer

Skills

• Landscaping experience preferred
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Must be able and willing to work for long periods of time outside (in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight)
• Must be able and willing to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly throughout the day
• Must be able to use hand tools and power equipment
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
