Job summary

Juniper Landscaping, Inc. is seeking a driver/crewmember for our Landscape Maintenance teams in Kissimmee, FL.

The role combines driving a Juniper truck and trailer with on-site maintenance duties alongside the crew to deliver high-quality landscapes for our clients. Responsibilities include safe vehicle operation, daily inspections, and performing landscape tasks such as mowing, edging, pruning, planting, mulching, and general site maintenance.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to clear a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Experience safely driving a truck with a trailer is required.
• Landscaping experience is preferred; ability to work outdoors for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Safely driving a company work truck with a 24’ trailer.
• Performing daily vehicle inspections.
• Working as a member of the landscape maintenance crew and completing jobsite tasks (mowing, edging, blowing, pruning, planting, weed pulling, mulching, general maintenance).
• Using hand tools, power tools, and equipment to perform duties.
• Moving soil, equipment, and materials.
• Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Our Crew Members perform work on the job sites in a safe and quality manner to ensure beautiful landscapes for our clients. This position will be a dual driver/crew member position responsible for driving a Juniper truck & trailer and working alongside the landscape maintenance crew at each job site.

Duties and Responsibilities

Skills

• Valid Driver’s License and ability to clear a Motor Vehicle Record check required
• Experience safely driving a truck & trailer
• Landscaping experience preferred
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Must be able and willing to work for long periods of time outside (in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight)
• Must be able and willing to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly throughout the day
• Must be able to use hand tools and power equipment
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
