Juniper is seeking Drivers for our Landscape Maintenance teams to join our growing Southeast service company. You will drive a Juniper truck and trailer and work with the landscape crew at each job site.

This full-time role emphasizes safe driving, regular vehicle inspections, and physical outdoor work; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, and lifting up to 50 lbs is required. Juniper offers career growth and excellent benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean motor vehicle record.
• Experience safely driving a truck and trailer.
• Landscaping experience is preferred.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Must be able to work outdoors for long periods in various conditions.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly; capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.

• Performing daily vehicle inspections.
• Working as part of the landscape maintenance crew on job sites.
• Using hand tools, power tools, and equipment for landscape tasks.

Juniper is Growing! We are seeking Drivers for our Landscape Maintenance teams. Our Crew Members perform work on the job sites in a safe and quality manner to ensure beautiful landscapes for our clients. This position will be a dual driver/crew member position responsible for driving a Juniper truck & trailer and working alongside the landscape maintenance crew at each job site.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Safely driving a company work truck with a 24’ trailer
• Performing daily vehicle inspections
• Working as a member of the landscape maintenance crew and completing jobsite tasks including mowing, edging, blowing, pruning, planting, weed pulling, applying mulch, and general landscape maintenance duties
• Using hand tools, power tools, and/or equipment to perform landscape duties
• Moving soil, equipment, and materials
• Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Skills

• Valid Driver’s License and ability to clear a Motor Vehicle Record check required
• Experience safely driving a truck & trailer
• Landscaping experience preferred
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Must be able and willing to work for long periods of time outside (in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight)
• Must be able and willing to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly throughout the day
• Must be able to use hand tools and power equipment
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
