Job summary

Natures Image is seeking a Driver & Crew Member to join our operations team in California. You will drive, assist with landscaping and related tasks, and follow safety guidelines to complete assignments.

The role requires a valid CA driver’s license, physical stamina, and the ability to operate power equipment. E-Verify, background checks, and drug screening are part of the process; wage ranges from $19.00–$21.00 per hour DOE, with day shifts Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• E-Verify, Background check, drug screen, & physical.
• Valid California driver's license and maintain excellent driving record.
• Know and understand current driving regulations and observe all safety laws and regulations.
• Adhere to safety and emergency procedures; act quickly in emergencies.
• Experience in commercial landscaping or construction preferred.
• Experience in operating power equipment a plus.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to listen, understand, and follow directions.
• Ability to work in a variety of roles.
• Work in a professional manner.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Vehicle responsibilities include: Inspects truck before and after trips, submit inspection reports.
• Safe operation of all company driven equipment.
• Report mechanical failures or breakdowns to Foreman immediately.
• Follow all safety and corporate policies as outlined by the company.
• Perform work in a safe and efficient manner.
• Cleans and prepares specific areas of jobsite as assigned (digging trenches, clearing weeds, cleaning rubble).
• General duties include landscaping, irrigation, maintenance, hydroseeding, vegetation removal and installations.
• Use of hand tools and small equipment when required.
• Use of line trimmer, hedger, weedwhacker, backpack sprayer, chainsaw, and other equipment when required.
• Responsible for safe, efficient and quality completion of tasks assigned by supervisor.
• Wears PPE at all times and follows safety procedures.
• Reports issues to supervisor and equipment in need of repair.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
