Job summary

Juniper is seeking a Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader to oversee daily operations on job sites, manage mowing and pruning crews, and ensure high-quality work for our clients. You will train and mentor crew members, maintain production schedules, keep time records, and enforce safety and equipment maintenance.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and ability to clear Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review required.
• Landscaping experience and prior supervisory experience required.
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
• Must be able to work outdoors for long periods in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly throughout the day.
• Must be able to use hand tools and power equipment.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Our Crew Leaders perform work on the jobsites and lead other crew members in a safe and quality manner to ensure beautiful landscapes for our clients. Juniper's Landscape Maintenance Crew Leaders may oversee our mowing crews or landscape pruning/detail crews, or a combination of these landscape operations.
