Job summary

Juniper is seeking a Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader to oversee mowing and pruning crews on-site, ensuring safety and quality. The role emphasizes leadership, schedule management, and crew development in a fast-paced landscape environment.

You will lead daily operations, maintain production standards, and help train crew members while ensuring equipment readiness and safe practices across outdoor job sites.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to clear Motor Vehicle Record review.
• Landscaping experience and prior supervisory experience required.
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
• Must be able and willing to work long periods outside in extreme temperatures and direct sun.
• Must be able to bend, stoop and twist repeatedly throughout the day.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Experience using hand tools and power equipment.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily site operations for mowing and/or pruning crew.
• Maintaining production schedules and ensuring maintenance service expectations are met.
• Assisting with training and development of crew members.
• Daily time-keeping of work hours on jobsites for crew members.
• Ensuring all crew members perform their work in a safe manner.
• Ensuring equipment is in working order and properly maintained.
• Using hand tools, power tools and/or equipment to perform landscape duties.
• Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Our Crew Leaders perform work on the jobsites and lead other crew members in a safe and quality manner to ensure beautiful landscapes for our clients.
