Two Men and a Truck® Raleigh is hiring Drivers / Crew Leaders starting at $20/hour + tips.

We are looking for reliable, team-oriented individuals who can safely operate a 26-foot box truck, lead a crew, and deliver excellent customer service. Due to the fast-approaching busy season, we are prioritizing candidates with box truck or delivery driving experience who can step in and make an immediate impact.

What You’ll Do

• Safely operate a 26-foot box truck
• Lead or assist a moving crew on residential and commercial jobs
• Provide excellent customer service from start to finish
• Perform walkthroughs and communicate clearly with customers
• Load, unload, pack, and protect customer belongings
• Complete paperwork, contracts, and payments accurately
• Maintain truck cleanliness and report any issues
• Represent the brand professionally on every job

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Clean driving record (required for insurance eligibility)
• Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and DOT physical
• Ability to lift 60+ lbs and perform physical work daily
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Comfortable working long days during busy season
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Experience (Highly Valued)

• 26-foot box truck driving experience
• Moving company experience
• Furniture or appliance delivery
• Warehouse + delivery hybrid roles
• Crew lead or team leadership experience

Important

This is not a van delivery position. Candidates with box truck or similar driving experience will be prioritized due to limited training availability during peak season.
