TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® is hiring Drivers to join our growing team in Alexandria, VA. This physically active role offers weekly pay, paid driver training, and strong opportunities for career growth and promotion within 90 days. Base pay is $19–$23 per hour with potential bonuses and tips to boost earnings.

No CDL is required; training is provided. The team emphasizes a supportive environment, modern equipment, and comprehensive benefits including 401(k) and PTO. Dispatch location: Alexandria, VA.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to lift and carry 100+ pounds repeatedly.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 26 foot moving truck (No CDL Required).
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Safely move, pack, load, and unload customer belongings.
• Complete truck inspections and required paperwork.
• Collect payments and maintain accurate records.
