Job summary

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® is hiring in Mooresville, NC. No experience required; training is provided to help you start earning quickly. You’ll join a supportive team, drive local routes in a 26-ft box truck, and have opportunities for daily tips on top of hourly pay.

Starting pay is $18 per hour plus tips, with overtime opportunities available. Flexible schedules and a strong team environment are emphasized by the employer.

Qualifications

• Requires valid driver's license.
• Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and loading.
• Reliable and team-oriented.
• No moving or commercial driving experience required — paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a positive attitude and complete a walk-through of the premises.
• Provide excellent customer service while safely moving, packing, and unpacking belongings.
• Assist with loading and unloading moving trucks as part of a team.
• Accurately complete all paperwork and payment collection.
• Safely drive and maneuver a box truck on local routes (and optional interstate routes).

Schedule

• We service customers Monday through Saturday. Flexible schedules available!
• Hours vary day-to-day based on the job, keeping every day different and engaging

What You'll Do

• Greet customers upon arrival with a smile, handshake, and positive attitude; complete a walk-through of the premises
• Deliver exceptional customer service while safely moving, packing, and unpacking belongings
• Work as part of a team to load and unload moving trucks
• Accurately complete all paperwork and payment collection
• Safely drive and maneuver a box truck on local and optional interstate routes

Paid Training Provided

• No experience? No problem. All employees receive hands-on training in safe lifting techniques for furnishings and boxes
• Our comprehensive driver training program teaches you to safely operate our 26-ft automatic straight trucks with confidence
