Here’s what you’d do:

The Driver Crew Leader executes site-level tasks on BrightView’s client sites. This position directs the work of 2-5 employees, ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to the quality standards set by BrightView and its clients. The role involves overseeing crews in various service lines including basic maintenance, landscape installation, and supportive services like irrigation, seasonal color management, and chemical applications.

You’d be responsible for:

1. Preparing landscape trucks for the day, including loading and securing equipment.
2. Safely operating vehicles in accordance with traffic laws.
3. Maintaining schedules and meeting service expectations.
4. Addressing customer concerns and reporting to the Production Manager.
5. Resolving customer service issues when needed.
6. Ensuring safety and adherence to company policies.
7. Communicating regularly with the Production Manager to meet or exceed client expectations.
8. Delivering services on client sites as specified.
9. Identifying more efficient work methods.
10. Coordinating service execution with the Production Manager.
11. Overseeing daily site operations and delegating tasks to crew members.
12. Providing feedback on crew members to the Production Manager.
13. Assisting in training and developing crew members.
14. Performing equipment maintenance and ensuring good working order.
15. Participating in branch meetings as directed.

Additional responsibilities include:

• Accurately capturing and submitting crew time logs.
• Logging equipment usage and maintenance cycles.
• Performing equipment maintenance such as washing, blade and oil changes, air filter cleaning, greasing, and conducting EDVIR on vehicles.

You might be a good fit if you have:

• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to operate various vehicles, with or without trailers
• BrightView Equipment certifications
• Experience in a landscape-related field
• Demonstrated leadership skills within a team
