Pay Range

Base pay range: $20.00/hr - $24.00/hr

Description

Responsibilities

1. Execute site-level tasks on BrightView’s client sites, directing 2-5 employees to complete tasks safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.
2. Oversee crews across various service lines including maintenance, landscape installation, irrigation, seasonal color, and chemical applications.
3. Prepare landscape trucks daily, load and secure equipment, and operate vehicles safely.
4. Maintain schedules, ensure service expectations are met, and address customer concerns.
5. Assist in resolving customer issues and ensure safety and company policies are followed.
6. Communicate with the Production Manager, oversee daily operations, delegate tasks, and provide feedback on crew members.
7. Participate in training, equipment maintenance, and branch meetings.
8. Accurately log crew time and equipment usage, perform equipment maintenance.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to operate various vehicles, with or without trailers.
• BrightView Equipment certifications (preferred).
• Experience in landscaping or related fields.
• Leadership skills and ability to work with a team.
