Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (MVR)
• Must be 21+ to drive company trucks
• Able to lift 100+ lbs and perform a full day of physical labor
• Weekend availability (Fridays and Saturdays)
• Background check required

Responsibilities

• Safely operate 16′ or 26′ box trucks on local/regional routes
• Lead a crew of movers, assign tasks, and keep the day on schedule
• Serve as primary customer contact, ensuring a professional experience
• Inspect truck pre/post-route and report maintenance or safety issues
• Load, secure, unload belongings, and assist with physical labor as needed
• Handle job paperwork, timesheets, and on-site problem-solving
• Model safe driving and lifting practices for the team
