Job summary

Molly Maid in El Monte, California is recruiting housekeepers for residential and commercial cleaning. The role starts part-time (2–3 days, 4–8 hours per day) and can progress to full-time (30–40 hours per week), with earnings up to $900 per week based on performance and revenue sharing.

You will clean homes to Molly Maid standards, communicate professionally with clients and teammates, and, for team leads, manage schedules and drive safely.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recent home cleaning experience.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Completion of a background check.
• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks (mop, vacuum, dust, etc.).
• Availability Monday through Friday, 8 am–5 pm (or weekends for full-time).
• Bilingual preferred, ability to communicate with clients.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a company car (team lead).
