Job Overview
The Transportation and Warehouse Departments are vital to HealthRIGHT 360's operations. They are primarily responsible for:
- Providing safe transportation for clients to access services.
- Receiving, managing, and delivering inventory of purchased goods and donations, including equipment, furniture, food, and supplies.
Drivers are responsible for transporting clients safely, following all federal and state driving laws, maintaining transportation documentation, and working effectively within a diverse team. They must exercise independent judgment and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
Transportation Responsibilities
- Safely transport clients in company vehicles, adhering to laws.
- Maintain appropriate boundaries and interact respectfully with clients, using harm reduction and trauma-informed care principles.
- Follow COVID-19 health and safety protocols.
Warehouse Responsibilities
- Participate in delivery and pickup of donated goods, load and unload trucks, organize warehouse items.
Vehicle Maintenance Responsibilities
- Ensure routine vehicle maintenance, inspections, cleaning, and fueling. Keep all documentation updated and follow COVID-19 cleaning protocols.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain vehicle usage logs and documentation as per company guidelines.
Qualifications and Skills
- Valid California Class B Driver's license.
- Ability to drive a 22-foot truck and lift 60 pounds.
- Professional driving experience and ability to maintain insurance coverage.
- Knowledge of vehicle safety, maintenance, and transportation equipment for disabled individuals.
- Culturally competent and able to work with diverse populations.

Additional Requirements
- Background clearance; not on active parole or probation.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
