Responsibilities

• Operate in running lanes across all states west of the Mississippi.
• 100% no-touch dry van freight.
• Drop and hook, live load/unload.
• Bi-weekly home time with at least a 34-hour reset.
• Orientation held in Lathrop, CA.
• Willingness to drive during day or night shifts.
• Average weekly miles between 1800-2000.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited truck driving school with 120+ hours.
• At least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL.
• Clean driving record with no major accidents, tickets, or suspensions in the past 5 years.
• No recent terminations; safety review of criminal convictions.
• No DUI, felonies, or misdemeanors in the past 5 years.
• Solid 10-year work history with minimal employment gaps outside of training or schooling; 6 months in the last year and 1 year in the last 3 years.
• Ability to pass urine and hair pre-employment drug screens.

Compensation and Benefits

• Weekly pay ranging from $1000 to $1100.
• Post-training pay scale from .43 to .57 per mile, depending on experience.
• Experienced drivers earn from .50 to .71 per mile based on experience.
• Training pay of $650/week for 4-6 weeks if under 6 months experience.
• Up to $0.06 per mile monthly safety bonus.
• Benefits including medical, dental, 401K, and PTO after 30 days.
