CR&R Incorporated in Colton, CA is seeking a Class B CDL Driver for solid waste and recycling operations. This is a physically demanding, safety-sensitive role with early starts and Saturdays, offering steady hours and overtime opportunities to contribute to dependable service.

You will operate front-load, side-load and roll-off vehicles, complete routes safely, and perform daily inspections while maintaining DOT compliance and strong customer service for communities we serve.

Qualifications

• Valid Class B CDL (Class A CDL accepted).
• Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience.
• Experience operating front-load, side-load, and/or roll-off equipment.
• Strong safety mindset and dependable work ethic.
• Willingness to work early mornings and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Operate Class B commercial vehicles including front-load, side-load, and roll-off trucks.
• Complete assigned routes safely while meeting service and productivity expectations.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Communicate with dispatch and supervisors regarding route conditions or service issues.
• Follow all DOT, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.
