Job summary

McLane is seeking a Class B Driver in Lenexa, KS to operate a straight or box truck, deliver to customer sites, unload goods, and perform warehouse duties when not delivering. You must be at least 21 and hold a CDL-B; English reading/writing is required, with safety as a priority.

Compensation is $26 per hour with comprehensive benefits starting on day 60, plus vacation, sick leave, and holidays after 90 days.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid Class B commercial driver's license (CDL-B).
• Lift and move product and pallets which may weigh up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English at a functional level.

Responsibilities

• Operate a straight truck, box truck, or other appropriate vehicle to convey products to customer sites.
• Unload and place all products in customer-designated food-safe storage areas.
• Perform warehouse-related duties when not making deliveries.
• Work safely to prevent injury to people and damage to products.
• Other duties as assigned.

The Class B Driver drives a straight truck, box truck, or other appropriate vehicle to transport food staples and specialty products to various customer locations.

Qualifications You'll Bring As a Class B Driver Teammate
