With various commodities and lanes, Montgomery Transport offers flexibility on how YOU want to get paid: percentage or CPM! Our Freedom to Choose fleet offers OTR drivers steady freight, unbeatable support, and maximized home time, along with pay options of percentage or cents-per-mile, earning $70,000 - $75,000 per year.

CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers Enjoy:

• Pay:
• Drivers earning $70,000 - $75,000 annually
• $0.53 - $0.55 CPM in base pay + OD Pay & annual $0.01 CPM tenure pay increase

• OR
• Choose 27% of Line Haul
• Increased weekly minimum pay: $1,200 for 30 days - 2 years, $1,300 for over 2 years

Drivers enjoy a guaranteed 34 hours of home time but are averaging 46-53 hours, thanks to our analytics tracking to ensure a better quality of life and family time.

CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver Loyalty Pay:

• Path to Success Pay = $5,000 in first 120 days:
• Week 1: $1,500
• Week 2: $1,500 + mileage
• 90 Days: $1,000 + mileage
• 120 Days: $1,000 + mileage

• New Drivers Pay - $0.53 CPM starting base pay
• 1-Year Loyalty (worked at previous company for one year) - $0.54 CPM
• 2-Years Loyalty (worked at previous company for two years) - $0.55 CPM

Job Requirements:

• 1-year CDL-A OTR and 6 months flatbed experience
• No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years
• No DUI in the past 10 years
• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus but not required
