• No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years.

Our Freedom to Choose fleet provides OTR drivers with steady freight, unbeatable support, and maximized home time, along with pay options of percentage or cents-per-mile, earning $70,000 - $75,000 per year.

CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers Enjoy:

• Pay:

  • Drivers earning $70,000 - $75,000 annually

  • $0.53 - $0.55 CPM in base pay + OD Pay & annual $0.01 CPM tenure pay increase

• OR

  • Choose 27% of Line Haul

  • Increased weekly minimum pay: 30 days - 2 years = $1,200; 2+ years = $1,300

Drivers enjoy a guaranteed 34 hours of home time but are averaging 46-53 hours!

How do we know? Because we have invested in analytics to track driver home time, ensuring a better quality of life and family time.

CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver Loyalty Pay:

• Path to Success Pay = $5,000 in first 120 days

  • Week 1: $1,500

  • Week 2: $1,500 + mileage

  • 90 days: $1,000 + mileage

  • 120 days: $1,000 + mileage

• New drivers pay — $0.53 CPM base pay

• 1-year loyalty (worked at previous company for one year) — $0.54 CPM

• 2-years loyalty (worked at previous company for two years) — $0.55 CPM

CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver Job Requirements:

• 1-year CDL-A OTR and 6 months flatbed experience

• No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years

• No DUI in the past 10 years

• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus, but not required
